Responsibilities

  • Handle with Care: Process transactions efficiently using the point-of-sale system.
  • Be a Style Authority: Stay updated on trends and promotions, showcasing product styling.
  • Keep It Cool: Maintain visual standards to ensure the store is inviting and on-point.
  • Collaborate & Innovate: Work with leadership to bring company visions to life, prioritizing guest experience.
  • Be the Voice: Share customer feedback to help improve the store environment.
  • Follow the Beat: Adhere to company policies to ensure consistent customer service.

Qualifications

  • Ability to maneuver around the sales floor and stockroom including bending, standing, twisting, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
  • Independence and initiative; confident in working solo when needed.
  • Passion for fashion, love for the Dolls Kill brand, and eagerness to be part of something bigger.
