About the role

Contract field services role for licensed real estate professionals as a 1099 Independent Contractor. Complete assigned field tasks for Mainstay customers, with compensation per task and additional earning opportunities on personal transactions.

Responsibilities

  • Complete specific field tasks on behalf of Mainstay customers
  • Conduct property walk-throughs, weekly property checks, home visits, vendor meetings & contract-to-close tasks
  • Manage own workflow and complete tasks independently
  • Maintain documentation and ensure tasks meet quality standards

Qualifications

  • Active real estate license
  • Experience in real estate transactions (traditional sales, iBuying, or transaction coordination preferred)
  • Ability to complete assigned field tasks on time and with attention to detail
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to handle multiple listings and diligent documentation
  • Strong technical skills: Salesforce or a similar CRM, G-Suite, Slack, MacOS, and the ability to work in multiple systems simultaneously
  • Reliable transportation for property-related tasks
  • Access to a smartphone and computer for task completion, documentation, and communication
