About the role
Senior Analyst on the Business Operations team at Confido, an AI-native operating system for brands selling into brick-and-mortar retail. Focused on partnering with leading CPG brands, defining product requirements, and driving client success through process optimization and technology solutions.
Responsibilities
- Partner with leading CPG brands to provide strategic guidance, ensuring successful adoption and optimization of our software solutions
- Partner with engineering team to identify, prioritize, and define new software features based on CPG industry needs, market gaps, and client feedback
- Support translating complex business processes (S&OP, forecasting, AOP, trade finance) into clear product requirements and user stories for future product roadmap ideation
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders at leading CPG companies, acting as trusted advisor on business process optimization and technology solutions
- Drive client success initiatives including implementation support, training, and ongoing consultation to maximize software ROI and strengthen customer retention
Qualifications
- 2+ years in CPG Finance or Investment Banking/Management Consulting, etc.
- Passion for being at the technology leading edge, driving automation and optimization of core CPG functions through innovative software solutions
- Strong understanding of financial statements and accounting principles
- Strong background in demand forecasting and AOP (Annual Operating Plan) development and execution
- Proficiency with syndicated data sources (Circana, Nielsen, SPINS) is a plus
- Familiarity with Trade Promotion Management and/or CPG Accounting Workflows is a plus
- You’re both competitive and kind
- Willingness to work at our NYC Headquarters 5 days a week
