About the role

Technical Sales Specialist focusing on the electrical market in Toulouse, Bordeaux, and Montpellier. Remote full-time role with responsibilities spanning on-site demonstrations, distributor collaboration, training, events support, and customer liaison to promote Ajax Systems’ security solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct on-site demonstrations and provide support within distributor branches to showcase products and solutions to electricians and project teams.
  • Collaborate with distributor sales teams to support customer visits and live demonstrations, ensuring effective communication and technical assistance.
  • Facilitate training sessions, both commercial and technical, for distributor branches to enhance product knowledge and sales effectiveness.
  • Provide support for various events organized by distributors or the company, offering expertise from both commercial and technical perspectives.
  • Act as a liaison between customers and our headquarters (HO), filtering and forwarding technical inquiries and requests to the appropriate channels.
  • Coordinate and deliver certification programs, either through local sessions or webinars, to educate electrical customers on products and solutions.
  • Regularly update selected distributor branches on new products, features, and functionalities.
  • Conduct quarterly webinars for electrical installers, covering core technologies, new product releases, and updates on features and functionalities.

Qualifications

  • Experience in the intrusion market and electrical distribution market.
  • Strong technical background with a deep understanding of electrical systems and products.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • A proactive and motivated individual with a “winner spirit” and a collaborative team spirit.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
  • Curiosity and passion for exploring new technologies and solutions within the security market.
