About the role

Operationally-driven, tech-savvy Pharmacy Assistant at Mednow focused on managing digital prescription flow, patient experience, production for automated packaging, and supporting B2B programs in a fast-paced health-tech mail-order pharmacy environment.

Responsibilities

  • The Logistics Hub: manage the flow of prescriptions through the digital pipeline using Kroll, in-house app, Shopify for order management, UberDirect and other shipping partners for last-mile delivery.
  • Patient Experience: provide top-tier support via app, phone/GoToConnect, Slack, and email in a digital-first environment.
  • Production Excellence: help manage PACMED automated strip packaging for compliance patients, ensuring precision in every strip.
  • Platform Mastery: navigate the app, Kroll Paperless, Google Workspace, and specialized prescribing platforms (PrescribeIT) to keep workflows moving quickly.
  • Operational Growth: assist with B2B programs and special projects alongside clinic partners and house-call doctor services.

Qualifications

  • Tech-Native Mindset: experience with Kroll paperless, Shopify, Slack, or digital delivery platforms is a large advantage.
  • High-Speed Execution: thrives in fast-paced environments and can switch between patient calls, data entry, and logistics coordination.
  • Exceptional Soft Skills: clear, empathetic communicator who understands the human touch in a digital pharmacy.
  • Ambition: eagerness to learn with exposure to autonomous workflows and B2B health programs.
  • Kroll Experience: proficiency in Kroll (ideally paperless) and adjudication preferred.
