About the role
Pharmacist role in Mednow's tech-enabled, mail-order and B2B healthcare model. Focus on clinical leadership, workflow optimization, and digital-care delivery in a high-volume, innovative pharmacy environment.
Responsibilities
- Clinical Leadership: Provide expert pharmaceutical care with a focus on accuracy and patient safety in a high-volume, mail-order environment.
- Tech Orchestration: Navigate the company's digital ecosystem (Kroll Paperless, G-Suite, Slack, in-house app, Shopify, UberDirect, PrescribeIT, etc.) to ensure seamless order fulfillment.
- Workflow Innovation: Work with PACMED strip packaging for compliance patients and manage autonomous workflows in tandem with mobile doctor partners.
- Special Projects: Contribute to B2B integration projects and process improvements that keep the company at the cutting edge.
- Soft Skill Mastery: Communicate with patients and partners with empathy and efficiency in digital care.
Qualifications
- Licensed (or eligible for licensure) with the OCP in good standing.
