About the role
Part-time, on-site role coordinating pharmacy logistics and delivering a friendly customer experience. Works at the intersection of operations and patient communication to ensure timely shipments and accurate handling of medications and patient information.
Responsibilities
- Pack and dispatch daily deliveries
- Call patients to follow up and provide service
- Coordinate shipments and logistics between operation and patient door
- Support pharmacy compliance and operations (non-clinical, no dispensing)
- Handle medications and patient information with care following PHIPA and cold-chain standards
- Maintain accurate records and communicate clearly with patients and internal teams
Qualifications
- Eligible to work in Canada
- Able to pass a background check
- Organized and reliable
- Strong communicator (clear, warm, confident on the phone)
- Comfortable with hands-on tasks (packing, shipping supplies)
- Detail-oriented (accuracy with medication and personal information)
