About the role

Engineers who can build a complex AI-native product on a small team of founders and top-tier builders, owning parts of the product across the LLM pipeline, infrastructure, backend, and UX.

Responsibilities

  • Own parts of the product across the LLM pipeline, infrastructure, backend, and UX
  • Scope work end-to-end, from customer needs to delivery
  • Develop and iterate on AI-native platform components in a fast-moving environment
  • Collaborate with a small, experienced team including former founders and top-tier builders
  • Push LLM capabilities to their limits and work with frontier model labs

Qualifications

  • Problem-solving skills end-to-end
  • Experience as a founder (past or future) or strong product ownership mindset
  • Strong commitment to quality and root-cause analysis
  • Excitement about advancing LLM capabilities and working with frontier models
  • Strong written communication; able to articulate tradeoffs and decisions with minimal meetings
  • High technical proficiency across software engineering domains
