About the role
Senior engineer role focused on building a complex AI-native product on a small team of experienced founders and builders, owning end-to-end development across the LLM pipeline, infrastructure, backend, and UX.
Responsibilities
- Own parts of the product end-to-end across the LLM pipeline, infrastructure, backend, and UX.
- Scope work, consider customers, and own decisions.
- Push LLMs to their limits and work with frontier model labs on new releases.
- Communicate complex ideas in writing in a largely asynchronous setup with one weekly meeting.
Qualifications
- Highly technical background with a track record of deep coding work since teenage years.
- Experience solving problems end-to-end and owning parts of a product.
- Founding experience or familiarity with founder mindset.
- Strong emphasis on root-cause analysis and delivering 100% solutions when needed.
- Ability to work with and understand advanced AI/ML concepts and model behavior.
