About the role

An international digital performance marketing agency seeking a manager responsible for delivering SEO and ASO strategies for multi-market clients, including app store optimization.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of multimarket clients’ SEO & ASO activities alongside the SEO Director
  • Ensure deliveries are on time and presented with clarity of thought, actionable insights and solutions
  • Brief in-market resources to run multilingual keyword research, SEO analysis and synthesise insights into strategic recommendations
  • Work with Technical SEO specialists on audits and recommendations
  • Plan, schedule, and run weekly/monthly client calls, prioritizing impactful actions and communicating progress
  • Create and manage SEO project plans and deliverables from team members
  • Collaborate with SEO Director on project costs/margins
  • Manage projects via internal project management software ensuring effective billing and resource payment

Qualifications

  • Experience similar to an International SEO Account Manager or 3-4 years as Senior SEO Executive
  • Proficiency with industry-standard SEO tools, including Google Analytics, Search Console, Data Studio, SEMrush, Screaming Frog
  • Preferred experience with ASO tools such as AppTweak, App Annie, Sensor Tower
  • Solid understanding of Technical SEO, including Core Web Vitals, Structured Data, AI Overviews
  • Experience managing external resources for delivery and quality assurance
  • Ability to develop strong client relationships and communicate insights effectively
  • Experience with competitive analysis and identifying opportunities
  • Support pre-sales analyses and initial client site assessments
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • Detail-oriented with clarity in deliverables
  • Ability to work within a team and mentor junior members
