About the role

Supports end-to-end delivery of AI training data projects, ensuring timely, quality-driven output and effective client communication.

Plan, launch, and run AI data projects including data collection, labeling, and evaluation.
Build schedules, track dependencies, manage scope, and escalate risks.
Apply project guidelines, perform quality checks, and coordinate feedback.
Communicate project status, risks, and next steps to clients.
Forecast, request, and coordinate resource capacity.
Maintain risk and issue logs, conduct root-cause analysis, and execute mitigation plans.
Keep project trackers, dashboards, and documentation updated; support PO and invoicing processes.
Follow SOPs, security, and compliance policies; suggest improvements.
Use project management and data tools to streamline processes.

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in business, data/operations, or related fields.
1+ years in project/operations delivery or coordination, specifically in AI data, content review, labeling, or adjacent domains.
