About the role

AI-FIRST content-focused role focused on UPSC content creation, review, and AI-enabled workflow improvement. Not a teaching role; requires deep UPSC experience and ability to translate exam insights into better content systems within an AI-first environment.

Responsibilities

  • Create, review, improve, and maintain UPSC preparation content (modules + questions)
  • Ensure content quality remains aligned with the latest UPSC syllabus, question patterns, and recent trends
  • Track and interpret current affairs regularly, with seriousness and depth
  • Bring strong awareness of important national and global developments relevant for UPSC aspirants
  • Work on content refinement across areas like: current affairs, issue-based understanding, PYQ-linked relevance, fact accuracy, framing and clarity, innovation in presentations of concepts
  • Listening to students to understand: where they are struggling, what they are finding useful, what content gaps still exist, how SuperKalam can improve their learning experience

Qualifications

  • Must have cleared UPSC Mains at least once in the last 3 years
  • Strong communication skills in English and Hindi
  • Strong content judgement and the ability to distinguish between surface-level and exam-relevant material
  • Structured thinker with high ownership
  • Eager to learn, flexible to unlearn, and open to working in an AI-first content environment
