About the role

Leadership-focused product and engineering roles across product, engineering, and related leadership positions. Responsibilities

  • Own a product area end-to-end: discovery, strategy, roadmap, and delivery
  • Lead an engineering team: people development, execution, and technical excellence
  • Drive cross-functional initiatives with Product, Engineering, Design, Data, and GTM teams
  • Turn insights and data into clear priorities and measurable outcomes
  • Improve how we work: processes, rituals, tooling, and ways of collaborating

Qualifications

  • Have proven experience in product or engineering leadership roles
  • Are data-driven, comfortable with metrics, and able to prioritize ruthlessly
  • Communicate clearly and work well with designers, engineers, and stakeholders
  • Care about impact, not just output — you focus on solving the right problems
  • Build trust: you give feedback, receive feedback, and help others grow
  • Are comfortable in an environment with autonomy, ownership, and high expectations
