About the role

Seeking bilingual evaluators to assess AI responses for safety, appropriateness, and cultural adherence in a multilingual project involving prompt-image datasets.

Responsibilities

  • Evaluate AI-generated responses using a structured safety rubric
  • Complete two independent evaluations per item
  • Provide concise, well-structured rationales in English
  • Participate in calibration sessions
  • Support arbitration in case of discrepancies
  • Maintain quality and throughput during the evaluation period

Qualifications

  • Fluency in Tamil and English
  • Deep cultural understanding of Singapore
  • Strong written English skills for documentation and rationales
  • Prior experience in safety evaluation, policy review, content moderation, or rubric-based assessment (preferred)
  • Ability to apply detailed guidelines consistently
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to nuance
  • Reliable during the production window
  • Experience in prompt-image or similar evaluation projects (preferred to reduce onboarding time)
