Help build the engineering team over time, designing processes as the team scales from 3 to 10 engineers.

Qualifications

Senior engineer with experience building AI agent systems in production.
Experience leading teams or projects at startups.
Ability to ship under uncertainty, without full specs, on tight or ambiguous timelines.
