Growth Lead responsible for paid acquisition, SEO/AE0, landing pages, tracking, and experimentation to accelerate user growth and scientific discovery for AnswerThis.
Responsibilities
- Scale paid acquisition across Google, Meta, LinkedIn and other channels
- Personally manage ad spend (targeting > $500,000/month)
- Lead SEO and AEO initiatives and experiments
- Build landing pages and fix tracking to improve conversions
- Own and run SEO, paid, and landing-page experiments
- Identify and own new growth channels and bets
- Collaborate closely with founders and product team; take initiative and deliver accountable results
- Prepare and present paid acquisition results and SEO outcomes (case studies) with baseline, timeframe, budget, platforms
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in growth, paid acquisition, and SEO/AE0
- Experience scaling paid campaigns to multi-hundred-thousand dollar monthly spend
- Ability to run campaigns across Google, Meta, LinkedIn and other channels
- Proven track record of building landing pages, tracking, and conversion optimization
