About the role

Senior-level program manager overseeing multi-disciplinary data center deployment programs with third-party partners, focusing on planning, execution, executive reporting, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver NVIDIA data center solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Define the strategy and tactics for integration of NVIDIA platforms and software solutions for complex AI deployments, from evaluation/proof-of-concept to design/development/qualification/validation, through customer acceptance and start of service.
  • Scope projects, assemble core support teams, kick off with customers, develop joint project schedules, support design-in with technical collateral/tools, lead engineering design reviews, ensure customer-required features are implemented, drive resolution of blockers/bugs, and ensure timely production deployment.
  • Translate customer requirements into specific tasks and assign to relevant functional areas.
  • Collect, prioritize, track, and drive customer-reported issues to resolution/closure.
  • Communicate issue status clearly to customers and internal senior executives.
  • Collaborate with engineering, operations, quality, product management, and sales to resolve technical/logistical issues and manage scope.
  • Organize and lead complex hardware/software engineering-to-engineering discussions.
  • Represent issue urgency and escalate as appropriate.
  • Provide executive-level program status updates and key issues to management.
  • Develop close working relationships with customer development teams and craft creative solutions.

Qualifications

  • BS/MS Engineering or Computer Science (or equivalent experience).
  • 8+ years in a high-tech electronics industry with focus on complex customers program/project management.
  • Experience with significant and complex Data Center programs, especially with strategic customers with large Data Center deployments.
  • Strong technical savvy, including server development and datacenter qualification/deployment.
  • Supreme leadership skills across broad and diverse functional teams.
  • Strong technical background and experience working with customers in Data Center/Edge Cloud development/deployment environment.
  • Fluent in Japanese and English.
  • Experience leading key strategic projects.
  • PMP, Scrum Master certification is a plus.
