About the role

Senior system software engineer with security specialization to lead HDCP-related activities and secure firmware development for SOC-based display security across multiple platforms (Linux, Android for automotive, consumer). Role focuses on threat modeling, cryptography, secure boot, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver HDCP solutions and secure firmware on a RISC-V based secure processor.

Responsibilities

  • Lead all HDCP activities across SoC-based projects, including feature roadmap, protocol implementation, compliance certification, and delivery across chips, platforms, and products.
  • Develop and maintain secure-engine firmware on a RISC-V based secure processor.
  • Deliver end to end HDCP solution across multiple software stacks spanning Linux, Android for automotive, and consumer platforms.
  • Drive firmware production signing readiness, rollback-prevention strategies, and key-provisioning workflows.
  • Serve as the security primary contact for the team, leading threat modeling, static analysis, vulnerability tracking and remediation, and security compliance across all projects.
