About the role

Hardware & System Development Manager leading test and validation platform development for NVIDIA’s high-performance networking products, owning full hardware lifecycle from definition to production deployment, and coordinating cross-functionally to ensure quality, reliability, and scalability.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the development of test hardware platforms, including customized test boards and system-level infrastructure.
  • Own the full hardware lifecycle — from definition and schematic design to bring-up and production deployment.
  • Deliver hardware used across R&D and manufacturing for functional, performance, and reliability testing.
  • Collaborate with Mechanics, Signal Integrity, Layout, DFT, Firmware, and Production teams to achieve seamless integration.
  • Drive technical execution, project schedules, and cross-site coordination with precision and clarity.

Qualifications

  • B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in board-level hardware design (digital, power, high-speed interfaces).
  • 5+ years of proven leadership in hardware development teams, including layout, mechanical, and PMO functions.
  • Hands-on expertise in lab bring-up, debugging, and validation processes.
  • Strong project management and exceptional cross-disciplinary interpersonal skills.
