About the role

Prep Cooks assist in executing a dynamic menu, from prepping dishes to plating for guests, as part of Epic's culinary team.

Responsibilities

  • Spice things up and grow as a culinary professional by assisting in the execution of a dynamic menu.
  • Prep Cooks take part in prepping creative dishes from soups to sushi, as well as plating dishes for guests in our dining rooms.

Qualifications

  • Some culinary experience preferred
  • Must be comfortable with frequent lifting
  • Live within 45 minutes of Epic's Campus in Verona, WI or be willing to relocate
  • Eligible to work in the US without sponsorship
  • COVID-19 vaccination
