About the role
Translating and testing software that saves lives. Translate the software, documentation, and training materials behind electronic medical records. Work on quick-turnaround translations and long-term localization projects, collaborate with developers, and test new features. Requires no healthcare or software background.
Responsibilities
- Translate software, documentation, and training materials behind electronic medical records used to care for patients worldwide.
- Test the software to ensure quality across localization projects and new features.
- Collaborate with developers and testers to shape the software for better usability.
- Manage varied localization projects with autonomy.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or greater (any major)
- Excellent knowledge of one of the following languages: Arabic, Haitian Creole, Hmong, Italian, Korean, Polish, Russian, Swedish, Tagalog, Traditional Chinese, Vietnamese
- Relocation to Madison, WI area (reimbursed)
- Knowledge of Epic software is not required; training provided
- COVID-19 vaccination
- Eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship
