About the role
Integration Solutions Engineer responsible for optimizing data connections and supporting integrations between Epic and external systems to ensure secure, efficient data exchanges for high-quality patient care.
Responsibilities
- Maintain and enhance data integrations across disparate systems to support patient care
- Collaborate with customer teams to ensure secure and efficient data exchanges between Epic and external systems
- Diagnose interface issues and anticipate challenges in integration projects
- Fine-tune integrations to meet evolving operational needs in diverse healthcare settings
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or greater in engineering, math, information systems, or a related field
- A history of academic and professional success
- Strong analytical and reasoning skills
- Eligible to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship
- Relocation to the Madison, WI area (reimbursed)
- COVID-19 vaccination
