About the role

Seeking a seasoned Growth Lead to scale Dosu's revenue and build marketing strategies in a fast-growing startup specializing in AI knowledge infrastructure for engineering teams.

Responsibilities

  • Design and execute multi-channel campaigns (AEO/SEO, SEM, social, partnerships, outbound support, growth “hacks”) to drive qualified leads and pipeline.
  • Collaborate with product and engineering to enhance viral loops, in-product engagement, activation, and conversion flows.
  • Launch high-impact content (webinars, case studies, blog posts, white papers, landing pages) to showcase Dosu’s value.
  • Build and run rapid-testing frameworks to identify and scale the most effective acquisition and activation levers.
  • Plan and execute conferences, events, and relevant lifecycle/email marketing campaigns.
  • Work with Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Engineering to ensure consistent messaging and customer journey.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years in B2B SaaS growth marketing
  • Experience marketing to product, design, and/or marketing teams
  • Prior consulting (management/strategy/growth) or investment banking experience is a plus
