About the role

Seeking a Prompt Engineer responsible for managing the end-to-end migration workflow to optimize large language models for data validation tasks, including prompt creation, testing, and performance monitoring.

Responsibilities

  • Utilize Automatic Prompt Generation (APG) tools to create baseline prompts for complex parent-child template clusters.
  • Run and supervise Automated Prompt Optimization (APO) tool, review outputs, and flag deadlocks or plateaus.
  • Manually draft, test, and refine prompts to navigate complex template architectures, handle edge cases, and improve performance.
  • Monitor shadowbot runs to ensure disagreements are recorded and traced.
  • Run prompt versions against gold data to measure authority rating quality, calculating metrics like F1 scores, precision, and recall.
  • Draft technical launch readiness justifications (Launch Certification Documentation).

Qualifications

  • Native fluency in Dutch and fluent in English.
  • Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctorate in Computer Science, Data Science, Computational Linguistics, HCI, Cognitive Science, or related field.
  • At least 4 years' experience as Prompt Engineer with proven ability to tune Large Language Models for structured outputs and complex classification tasks.
  • Strong proficiency in data analysis, including error pattern identification and performance metrics, using SQL or similar tools.
  • Ability to quickly learn and master proprietary tools with minimal supervision.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
