About the role

Chief of Staff to Co-Founder at Actively AI, NYC. Reports to the Co-Founder and President to maximize founder leverage and drive strategic initiatives across a growing category-creating startup. Role requires versatility, rapid execution, strategic and tactical problem-solving, and willingness to work in-person five days a week.

Responsibilities

  • Aggressively validating and building out new initiatives (e.g., new verticals or channel) and delivering outcomes quickly.
  • Driving increased velocity in product / process and consistency in day-to-day operations
  • Accelerate founders' leverage by taking ownership of tactically important responsibilities.

Qualifications

  • Experience as a VC-backed founder, venture investor, or operating in a high-growth startup
  • Demonstrated strong problem-solving skills
  • Fast at execution, does well with ambiguity
  • Entrepreneurial and proactive - looking for creative ways to make the team better and improve processes and taking on responsibility
  • Flexible, adaptable, willing to get hands dirty, collaborative
  • Willingness to work in person at our office 5 days a week
