About the role

Freelance translator and proofreader specializing in English to Corsican localization with experience in marketing, UI, and product-related content for a multinational technology company.

Responsibilities

  • Translation and Copy-Editing of marketing, products, online help, informational content.
  • Utilize client-specific CAT tools for translation and proofreading.

Qualifications

  • Native or near-native proficiency in Corsican with excellent command of US English.
  • Proven experience translating English to Corsican content.
  • 2+ years of professional translation experience with a degree in Translation, Linguistics, or related field OR 5+ years of experience without a formal degree.
  • Experience translating informational, marketing, product, service, online help, and UI content.
  • Experience using CAT tools.
