About the role

Seeking an experienced recording director to lead live, in-person recording sessions in a professional studio environment, ensuring culturally relevant and engaging content.

Responsibilities

  • Direct performers in recording sessions to achieve accurate, high-quality, and engaging results.
  • Provide constructive feedback and guidance to performers to enhance delivery.
  • Collaborate with the studio team to ensure recordings meet project standards and cultural relevance.
  • Supervise both scripted and improvised performances, ensuring clarity, energy, and authenticity.
  • Assist in troubleshooting and problem-solving during live recording sessions to maintain a smooth workflow.

Qualifications

  • Native or professional proficiency (C1/C2) in English and Spanish.
  • Background in public speaking, acting, teaching, or related fields.
  • Strong ability to address lack of confidence or hesitation in performers.
  • Comfortable working in a professional studio environment.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills.
  • Availability for in-person recording sessions (minimum 6-8 hours).
