About the role

Seeking Marathi-speaking experts for language evaluation to improve AI language models through structured assessment, writing, and cultural nuance analysis, working remotely on a flexible schedule.

Responsibilities

  • Evaluate AI-generated responses for accuracy, grammar, and cultural relevance.
  • Identify issues and provide refined, high-quality rewritten responses.
  • Create natural prompts and responses in Marathi to improve conversational datasets.
  • Collaborate with global teams to help improve AI language models.

Qualifications

  • Background as a teacher (preferred but not a must) or experience in teaching/writing in Marathi.
  • Excellent written communication and strong grammatical accuracy.
  • Familiarity with cultural nuances in Marathi.
  • Comfortable with structured tasks such as: preference ranking (factuality & locality), prompt-response writing, grammaticality checks, provision & improvement of text.
