About the role
Account Executive to contribute to commercial expansion in Europe for an AI-focused tech startup. Hybrid role based in Paris or London, responsible for end-to-end B2B sales, market feedback, and strategic client development across multiple industries.
Responsibilities
- Business Development: Identify and pursue new B2B opportunities, from enterprise to mid-market clients across multiple industries.
- Sales Execution: Own the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing, leveraging consultative and value-based selling approaches.
- Market Intelligence: Provide continuous feedback to product and marketing teams about client needs, trends, and market dynamics.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of B2B GTM experience within a fast-paced tech or SaaS environment and/or consulting
- Mindset: Entrepreneurial, autonomous hands-on, data-driven, and resilient. Some experience as a startup entrepreneur would be a plus
- Market Knowledge: Deep understanding of the B2B market, ideally with experience selling AI, SaaS, or enterprise technology solutions
- Track Record: Proven success in building a client base from scratch, and consistently exceeding sales targets
- Communication: Excellent communication and negotiation skills; comfortable presenting to C-level executives
- Education: Master's degree required; MBA or relevant post-grad education is a plus
