About the role

FW application engineer focusing on networking firmware PHY/Serdes development for AI fabrics and supercomputing platforms, collaborating with customers and R&D to develop features and resolve complex issues.

Responsibilities

  • Support new supercomputers and AI fabrics technologies.
  • Gain customers’ trust and understand their needs.
  • Work closely with various R&D teams and develop features for customers.
  • Lead cooperation between different teams within the company.
  • Solve complex issues while leading highly visible customer issues.
  • Provide constructive feedback to engineering and marketing regarding products’ requirements.

Qualifications

  • B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering or equivalent degree or equivalent experience
  • 8+ years’ experience with FW Phy or Serdes development
  • High level communication and presentation skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work directly with customers and executives
