Responsibilities

  • Managing a team of engineers focused on accelerated image and data processing solutions.
  • Lead and empower the team to meet internal and external customer needs.
  • Build and maintain a project roadmap aligning with goals and customer expectations.
  • Determine project goals and scope, ensuring execution and delivery.
  • Foster an inclusive and collaborative environment that promotes innovation and creativity.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Applied Math, or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • At least five years of experience, including three or more in team management, with strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
  • Experience in designing and testing large scale software with solid past examples.
  • Proficiency in C++ and Python.
  • Strong communication skills for collaboration with the open source community.
  • Experience with parallel programming and performance optimization on modern architectures (e.g., CUDA, MPI, NVSHMEM, NCCL, AVX).
