About the role

Factory is hiring a Software Engineer, Product to design, develop, and maintain platform features, delivering secure, scalable, and high-quality software for enterprise customers. You will collaborate with design, research, engineering, and GTM teams to turn concepts into live features that drive substantial value.

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain critical platform features from the ground up, ensuring scalability, performance, and user experience.
  • Ship highly secure and fault-tolerant code for large enterprise customers requiring high reliability.
  • Work closely with the engineering, research, design, and GTM teams to refine and implement new features from concept to live deployment that drive value for users.

Qualifications

  • A strong technical background with a degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, plus 3+ years of experience in full-stack development.
  • Strong frontend expertise.
  • Proficiency in JavaScript, React, Node.js, Python; TypeScript and Next.js are a plus.
  • Demonstrable experience with frontend and backend development, including API design, database management, and creating user interfaces that delight users.
  • Familiarity with cloud services (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure) that support scalable deployment.
