About the role

Factory is seeking a Designer to craft compelling marketing and growth collateral that demonstrates our brand externally, collaborating with GTM and Product teams to translate messaging into high-impact visual assets.

Responsibilities

  • Develop on-brand marketing materials including decks, one-pagers, social assets, ads, and more.
  • Design event collateral (e.g., signage, booth layouts, swag, digital and print media).
  • Create clear, visually compelling communications - announcements, reports, email graphics -that resonate with both internal and external audiences.
  • Partner with GTM and Product teams to translate messaging into strong visual assets that enhance storytelling and engagement.
  • Maintain consistency and quality across all external-facing design touchpoints, from digital campaigns to physical collateral.
  • Focus on product marketing and growth design - craft visuals that help drive awareness, engagement, and conversion.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of professional graphic or marketing design experience - bonus if you’ve worked in B2B SaaS, tech startups, or agency environments.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of marketing collateral: presentations, event materials, digital ads, decks, etc.
  • Proficient with design tools such as Figma, Illustrator, Photoshop.
  • Expert understanding of branding, typography, layout composition, and visual hierarchy.
  • Collaborative mindset with the ability to iterate quickly based on feedback—balancing quality and speed effectively.
  • Experience collaborating with Product, Marketing, or GTM teams to align visual design with messaging and goals.
  • Bonus: Familiarity with motion design, digital ad formats, Midjourney, UI/UX principles.
