About the role

Datadog's in-house technical solutions team enables growth by educating potential clients and ensuring customer success. The Partner Solution Architect (PSA) supports partner technical initiatives, aligns with the Channels & Alliances segment, and acts as a trusted technical advisor to partners.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure the successful onboarding, training, enablement, and certification of partner technical resources
  • Participate in periodic joint business planning and review sessions to align Datadog and Partner technical teams
  • Collaborate internally to support Partner technical initiatives such as end-customer demonstrations and proofs of value; partner team enablement workshops; assessment, advice, and coaching on lead practices
  • Advocate on behalf of Partners’ technical concerns with Datadog internal teams and personnel, helping to resolve issues
  • Analyze and understand Partner service offerings and provide recommendations to enhance value through greater adoption of Datadog features
  • Collaborate with product management, engineering and technical services to identify and prioritize new features and capabilities
  • Help curate and evolve lead/best practices for Datadog platform adoption and success

Qualifications

  • Solid technical grounding with hands-on experience of IT Development and/or Operations
  • Demonstrable track-record and passion for learning
  • Self-starter, tech-savvy with business acumen; ability to articulate Datadog value from server room to boardroom
  • Confident presentation skills
  • Must be a current EU resident
  • Hands-on experience in two or more areas: Observability tools, Public Cloud, Containerization, Dev/Scripting, Config Mgmt, CI/CD
