About the role

Full-stack software engineering role at PointOne, an AI timekeeping and billing platform for law firms. In-person startup environment in New York City, with sponsorship available and equity component included.

Responsibilities

  • Talk to customers throughout the day over Teams, video and phone calls.
  • Listen to needs and develop a plan based on the highest priority items.
  • Ship code to execute on the plan; deploy new code into production multiple times per day.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in full-stack engineering in a startup environment
  • CS degree from a top university
  • Significant experience at venture-backed startups and/or big tech companies
  • Strong product sense
  • High degree of ownership and autonomy
  • Demonstrated experience in growing, building, and scaling codebases of high-growth startups
  • Willingness to work in-person at an early-stage company and engage with customers
