About the role

GTM Engineer at PointOne, an AI timekeeping and billing platform for law firms. Build and operate the outbound revenue engine, apply AI across the GTM funnel, and own end-to-end GTM tech stack and data flows to generate measurable pipeline.

Responsibilities

  • Automated Outbound Campaigns: Design, build, and optimize outbound engine—multi-channel sequences, enrichment waterfalls, deliverability, and integrated workflows.
  • AI-Powered Demand Generation: Explore AI applications for demand/lead generation—signal-based triggers, AI-driven personalization at scale, automated account research synthesis, ICP scoring.
  • GTM Stack & Data Flows: Integrate CRM, enrichment tools, outbound platforms, and internal systems; implement webhooks and ensure real-time data synchronization.
  • Experimentation & Optimization: Run structured tests on messaging, channel mix, timing, and audience segmentation; build measurement infrastructure and decide what to scale.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years in GTM Engineering, Revenue Operations, or a technical GTM-adjacent role
  • Coding ability in Python or SQL, APIs, and building engineering-grade workflows
  • Hands-on experience with modern GTM tools: Clay, Apollo, Instantly, HeyReach, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or similar
  • Track record of building outbound systems that generate measurable pipeline
  • Genuine curiosity about applying AI to GTM problems in innovative ways
