About the role
A role focused on supporting enterprise clients by conducting POCs, guiding onboarding, managing projects, and driving adoption of AI Business Analyst platform within Varos.
Responsibilities
- Own a focused portfolio of enterprise accounts.
- Conduct proof of concepts (POCs) with clients.
- Guide onboarding processes for new clients.
- Manage projects and drive client engagement.
- Drive deep adoption of the AI Business Analyst platform.
- Ensure clients are extracting measurable value from the product.
- Support product management by shaping requirements based on customer feedback.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in relevant roles.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Experience with AI tools and platform adoption.
- Strong project management skills.
- Detail-oriented and highly curious.
- Motivated to work diligently in a fast-growing startup environment.
