About the role

We’re looking for a Product Engineer to own and drive metrics of one of Coframe’s product-lines, shipping fast, talking to users, and helping adopt AI building skills across teams.

Responsibilities

  • Talk to users every day, watch recordings and check funnels
  • Ship improvements fast to production
  • Build v0 and hand off more complex features
  • Contribute to people and process part of the solution, not just technology.
  • Ensure product is moving according to vision and business goals.
  • Help adopt AI building skills across all teams

Qualifications

  • Skills to navigate user problems and solution space
  • Urge to move fast and deliver value here and now
  • Experience building with AI tools like Claude Code, Cursor, Devin, etc.
  • Good taste for product and design
  • Clear communications with technical and non-technical parts.
  • Context to keep many moving parts and prioritize fast across them.
