About the role

Senior Customer Solutions Manager responsible for guiding technically advanced initiatives across Amazon, partnering with multiple Amazon business units, driving cloud and AI adoption, and leading large-scale migrations and strategic programs.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with Amazon business units (e.g., Prime Video, Amazon Ads, Amazon.com, Alexa, global AI/ML initiatives) to guide technically advanced initiatives at scale.
  • Translate strategic initiatives into executable actions and plan/go-live events, education plans, and roadmap-to-outcome alignments.
  • Drive collaboration between core account groups (Sales, Support, Solutions Architecture, Professional Services), product/engineering teams, and customer teams.
  • Lead programs that enable large cloud migrations (exabyte scale) and influence service adoption (EC2, DynamoDB, Bedrock) at customer sites.
  • Evangelize AWS services and influence customers to adopt them; deliver strong customer experiences during migrations to AWS.
  • Manage executive customer relationships and stakeholders; gain buy-in and guide virtual cross-functional teams.
  • Travel 25-35% depending on location.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of leading large-scale, technical or engineering programs with thought leadership and successful completion experience
  • 2+ years of customer-facing work engaging with executives, technologists, or partners
  • Bachelor's degree in science, technology, engineering, math, business or equivalent
  • Experience leading transformation project teams across broad functional areas
  • Experience managing executive customer relationships and key business stakeholders
  • Experience in architectural solution reviews and educating customers on solutions, services, and new features
