About the role

ClaimSorted is hiring a Forward Deployed Engineer to build and deliver systems that power fast, reliable onboarding for insurers and improve customer operations, reporting, and platform improvements. Role involves direct customer engagement and full-stack development.

Responsibilities

  • - Engage directly with customer stakeholders, from technical teams to executives
  • - Build and maintain systems that support critical customer operations and fast, reliable onboarding
  • - Deliver accurate reporting and critical insights for customers and internal teams
  • - Lead initiatives to improve the platform based on customer insights

Qualifications

  • - Strong full-stack engineering experience
  • - Excellent communication skills and comfortable being customer-facing
  • - Comfortable operating in ambiguous, high-velocity environments
