About the role

AWS is seeking a Business Operations Analyst to coordinate between WWPS partners sales, finance, and AWS technical teams, driving scalable operational mechanisms, reporting, and strategic planning to grow in secure government regions. Role requires strong analytics, communication, and collaboration across senior leaders; US Citizenship and TS/SCI with polygraph clearance is required.

Responsibilities

  • Extract raw usage and financial data from business databases and data warehouse, and perform analytics to produce meaningful reports that enable decision making
  • Develop reporting systems and performance dashboards that encompass key metrics to be reviewed with senior WWPS leaders in order to drive and manage the business
  • Generate metrics and deliver regular reports on progress against KPIs to senior leaders and internal stakeholders
  • Support customers with analysis, ad-hoc data requests, meetings/presentations, and strategic planning activities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements, create new processes/solutions, and resolve complex problems

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
  • Experience defining, refining and implementing sales processes, procedures and policies or equivalent
  • Experience analyzing large datasets and translating them to actionable business insight
  • Current, active US Government Security Clearance of TS/SCI with Polygraph
