About the role

Founding Growth Marketer at AthenaHQ to design and scale the growth engine to $10M+ ARR, owning both fuel (content, messaging, creative) and engine (channels, systems, processes) for end-to-end growth.

Responsibilities

  • Design and execute experiments to increase lead generation across channels
  • Test hypotheses, measure results, and report findings to the team
  • Double down on what works and build compounding growth loops
  • Architect end-to-end systems that make growth repeatable, not ad hoc
  • Own the marketing-to-sales-to-CSM handoff: build seamless flows so contacts move through our pipeline without friction
  • Set up and manage the tools, automations, and analytics infrastructure that power our growth engine
  • Be comfortable picking up new platforms from scratch
  • Take ownership of opportunities or problems and act with high agency
  • Be AI-native: demo end-to-end Claude Code project or similar and provide daily product feedback to the team
  • Ship, measure, learn, and iterate quickly
  • Communicate clearly what you’re doing, why, and what you’ve learned

Qualifications

  • No specific background or years of experience required. We care about your ability to do the job.
  • Strong critical thinking and ability to form hypotheses about markets and channels
  • Systems-oriented mindset with focus on loops and compounding
  • Comfort with ambiguity and bias toward action
  • Clear communication skills
