About the role

Regional Business Development Manager responsible for promoting Ajax Systems’ products and solutions in Germany, fostering partnerships, exploring new business opportunities, and supporting market strategies for Ajax Systems’ security solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Advertising Ajax Systems products and services to system integrators, installers, consultants and end-users (partners) in Germany.
  • Exploring new business opportunities and organizing meetings with business partners.
  • Planning and preparing presentations for partners and other interested groups.
  • Building and maintaining relationships with cooperation partners and monitoring centers.
  • Communicating product features, benefits and developments to business partners.
  • Conducting product and trade trainings in collaboration with partners.
  • Actively promoting system specifications that include Ajax Systems products and solutions.
  • Collaborating with partner brand vendors to meet partner requirements.
  • Supporting development of market strategies for Ajax Systems’ products and solutions.
  • Providing management with feedback on current and future product requirements.
  • Creating accurate and timely reports using the company CRM to support tasks or management needs.

Qualifications

  • At least 2 years of experience in electronic security systems (e.g., intrusion, video, access, fire).
  • Experience in sales or business development in a vertical B2B market.
  • German native-level proficiency (spoken and written).
  • Results-oriented with initiative and ownership of own outcomes.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills both on the phone and in person.
  • Highly motivated with the ability to realize initiatives.
  • Professional presentation, reliable and ethical conduct.
