About the role

Product Manager on the Data team responsible for transforming how customers understand, trust, and act on their AI agents' data through reporting, analytics, and insights.

Responsibilities

  • Own the Data Product Roadmap: Partner with data engineering to own the roadmap and success metrics for data access, understanding, and action.
  • Transform Observability: Reimagine how customers understand AI agent performance to increase trust and expand use cases.
  • Develop Deep Customer Understanding: Engage with customers to learn their data usage and decision-making processes.
  • Ship Polished Data Experiences: Collaborate with design to deliver accessible and trustworthy data experiences.
  • Bridge Raw Data and Customer Value: Translate complex datasets into actionable reporting and insights.
  • Define the Measurement Framework: Drive metrics, instrumentation, and experiments to measure product impact and promote data literacy.
  • Lead Initiatives End to End: Manage initiatives from discovery to launch, measurement, and iteration.

Qualifications

  • 2–4 years of experience as a Product Manager focused on data, analytics, or reporting products.
  • Strong SQL proficiency required.
  • Experience as a data analyst before transitioning into PM is advantageous.
  • Data literacy with understanding of experiment design and statistical reasoning.
  • Customer-focused with ability to translate complex data into customer insights.
  • Proven ability to deliver end-to-end initiatives with impact.
