About the role

Senior HR Business Partner to support Fulfillment Technologies & Robotics, providing coaching, talent solutions, organizational design, and executive advisory to drive organizational effectiveness and culture within Amazon Robotics.

Responsibilities

  • Coach business clients, design and deliver talent solutions to business problems, and advise executive leaders on business and organizational design strategies.
  • Translate business priorities into high-impact work with data-driven recommendations to improve organizational effectiveness, employee engagement, and talent development.
  • Drive strategic initiatives related to organizational design, effectiveness, culture, inclusion, and other identified opportunities.
  • Support and develop senior management to be effective Amazon leaders and culture champions.
  • Improve organizational effectiveness & design, lead change management, provide leadership coaching, and drive HR functional excellence.
  • Develop and execute talent planning strategies and manage multiple priorities to move initiatives forward.
  • Develop a global HR strategy and collaborate with international HR Business Partners to execute it.
  • Interface with executive levels and demonstrate excellent organization and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 6+ years of HR experience
