About the role
Software engineer role focused on building the foundation of Assembled’s platform, including infrastructure, data platforms, and integrations to support workforce management and AI agent products.
Responsibilities
- Work on foundational problems across infrastructure, data platforms, and integrations.
- Help build and evolve systems powering both workforce management product and AI agents.
- Contribute to scalable application infrastructure, integrations platform, modern data foundations, and real-time/analytical systems.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to unlock product and business impact.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of engineering experience involving backend, platform, or infrastructure systems
- Familiarity with Cloud provider: AWS
- Container orchestration: Kubernetes + Karpenter
- Datastores: Postgres + PgBouncer, Snowflake, Redis
- Languages: Go and Python
