About the role
Role owning storage solution adoption and enablement across ODM partners, focusing on integrating NVIDIA storage platforms into cluster-level and rack-scale deployments. Acts as the main liaison between ODMs and NVIDIA storage architecture, enabling partners to build and deliver systems aligned with NVIDIA’s architecture and product roadmap, while channeling ODM feedback into internal teams.
Responsibilities
- Deeply understand NVIDIA storage products (e.g., STX and BlueField BF4) and mentor ODM partners
- Lead storage design-in engagements with ODMs — architecture reviews, system integration, and cluster-level alignment
- Ensure ODMs align to NVIDIA storage architectures across lifecycle (compose, testing, production, deployment)
- Guide partners on cluster-level storage integration, including performance, scalability, and system tradeoffs in AI/accelerated compute environments
- Serve as primary interface between ODMs and NVIDIA internal teams — aggregate and communicate partner feedback on architecture, usability, and deployment gaps
- Bring ODM field learnings into product discussions to influence storage roadmap and system-level decisions
- Build relationships with ODM engineering and leadership to position NVIDIA storage technologies as foundational to AI infrastructure offerings
- Develop and scale enablement materials — reference architectures, design guides, integration frameworks
- Track ODM adoption, architecture alignment, and friction points; report insights to stakeholders
Qualifications
- 12+ years of experience working with ODMs or engaging ODM partners on storage systems
- Strong expertise in storage system architecture, including distributed and high-performance storage
- Deep understanding of cluster-level architectures, including compute/storage integration in AI systems
- Proven experience with ODM development cycles — design-in, validation, manufacturing, delivery
- Familiarity with storage go-to-market motions and ODMs bringing infrastructure solutions to market
- Working knowledge of NVIDIA storage solutions (STX architectures and BF4-based storage systems)
- Ability to engage credibly with ODM hardware and system engineers on architecture and tradeoffs
- Strong cross-functional communication skills to translate partner feedback into actionable product input
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or equivalent experience
