About the role

Product-focused engineer role owning end-to-end developer-facing experiences on RadixArk's inference and training infrastructure, partnering with product managers, researchers, and engineers to ship APIs, SDKs, dashboards, and tooling on top of SGLang, Miles, and the broader stack.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and ship developer-facing products on top of RadixArk's inference and training platforms.
  • Build and maintain customer-facing APIs, SDKs, CLIs, dashboards, and playgrounds exposing SGLang, Miles, and serving infrastructure.
  • Implement custom user interfaces and developer experiences with high performance, accessibility, and craft.
  • Architect efficient and scalable systems bridging low-level infrastructure with high-level product surfaces.
  • Analyze and optimize code for quality, efficiency, and performance; provide feedback during code reviews.
  • Establish end-to-end ownership of components, features, or systems from design to rollout, monitoring, and iteration.
  • Set direction and goals for product engineering initiatives, lead major launches, mentor peers.
  • Identify and resolve performance, reliability, and scalability issues; reduce technical debt.
  • Participate in design reviews, evaluating trade-offs between complexity, UX, and time-to-ship.
  • Translate roadmap priorities into technical deliverables with clear trade-offs.
  • Engage with early adopters and open-source community to iterate on product experiences.
  • Contribute to technical content (documentation, samples, demos) for developers.
  • Use data and telemetry to validate hypotheses and inform what to build next.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5+ years of software engineering transforming production systems, or 3+ years with a PhD.
  • Proficiency in at least one: Python, TypeScript/JavaScript, Go, C++, or Rust.
  • Experience shipping developer-facing or product-facing software end-to-end (APIs, SDKs, web apps, tools).
  • Experience using data and analysis to explain technical problems, prioritize work, and inform design decisions.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills with track record of leading complex technical projects.
