About the role

Senior Product Manager role at Clipboard, a Sequoia-backed, remote-first marketplace connecting healthcare professionals with long-term care facilities. Own core domains of the marketplace (pricing, matching, reliability, facility onboarding) with data-driven prioritization and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

  • Build the mental model grounded in customer conversations, support tickets, Salesforce, and data.
  • Pick the metrics that reflect customer value and propose proxies when gaps exist.
  • Steward improvements through research, experiments, core flow changes, and technical investments. Make prioritization calls that compound impact.
  • Write documentation and share updates regularly (one-page mental model, monthly check-ins) to enable autonomous engineering decisions and leadership alignment.

Qualifications

  • 6+ years of product management, with experience in marketplaces preferred
  • Ability to query data yourself (SQL or equivalent)
  • You've shipped meaningful features on a small, fast-moving team
  • You write clearly and often
  • Ability to work 2-3 days per week out of either our NYC or San Francisco office
