About the role

Senior Ecommerce Manager - 1P leads all aspects of Pattern brand partner go-to-market strategies, primarily focused on Amazon. Hybrid full-time role based in Lehi, Utah, coordinating with Operations and Advertising to drive growth for partner brands.

Responsibilities

  • Nurture of a portfolio of 4-6 partner brands
  • Lead the development and implementation of brand-specific marketplace selling strategies
  • Run daily marketplace operations for Amazon
  • Serve as the marketplace expert with a deep knowledge of platform capabilities and business levers
  • Evaluate competitive landscape and develop strategies to maximize business growth
  • Lead all weekly, monthly, and quarterly meetings with brand partners
  • Deliver the highest levels of operational execution
  • Partner with Operations team to ensure optimal in-stock and inventory position
  • Partner with Advertising team to develop brand-specific advertising strategies

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or related program
  • Experience leading Amazon 1P efforts
  • Outstanding analytical and data management skills
  • Self-motivated and proactive
  • High ethical standards
